What are your primary products?
OmniTraq, our customizable business intelligence platform, extracts critical business insights from customer data using speech vocabularies that are customized to our clients’ specific needs. By delivering these insights at low cost, with speed, and at scale, OmniTraq will allow thousands of SMBs to finally afford audio mining & speech analytics solutions. OmniTraq’s versatility will also allow enterprise clients to uniquely support specific functions, such as compliance or training. Additionally, Yactraq’s core technology platform, CoreTraq, is available for OEM distribution for technical applications, such as generating video metadata for use in video search applications. CoreTraq has proven in the marketplace, having processed over 4 million minutes of customer data across web, radio, and TV mediums in an OEM capacity. We recently finished deploying a positive sales script adherence solution for our first customer, who operates in the travel vertical, to allow them to monitor 100% of their sales calls and ensure a best-in-class level of customer service. We are beginning work on a second phase deployment for this customer that will include negative sales script monitoring and an innovative Advance Sales Analytics solution, which will identify specific language patterns that are associated with increased sales performance.

Yactraq was named a Gartner 2016 Cool Vendor in Smart Machines, and as an EContent magazine Trendsetting Product in 2015. We are an IBM With Watson program partner, and among the first 20 companies showcased in IBM Watson’s Cognitive Gallery. Additionally, we are an IP-for-Defense program partner of Intellectual Ventures, which provides Yactraq with significant protection from the threat of patent litigation from other players in the speech tech industry.
